Pre Booking Details

Let's get this formality out of the way so there's no confusion! 

Yeah, rules suck but with all this awesomeness in one tiny house there's gotta be some ground rules to give everyone an amazing experience! 

01. Check in is at 4PM / Check out is at 11AM

02. NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE or on the LANAI. -if you gotta smoke, take it in the covered carport or away from the house.

03. NO PARTIES or social gatherings. (BOOOOOO) Only guests listed on the booking are allowed.

04. Kids Not Recommended.

Mananui was designed with the Disney/Tiki adult in mind. This may not be the place for a family holiday.  The amount of irreplaceable decor & breakables outweigh having children at Mananui. - Sorry.

05. Mananui is A HOME not a hotel. Please respect the property and our neighbors.

06. Quiet time on the resort is 10PM - 8AM.  Keep noise levels respectable especially on the lanai.

07. No parking on the grass. The irrigation system runs along the side of the property. 

08. Due to narrow streets, refrain from parking on the street and please park in our driveway.  The resort will tow cars at owners expense (YOU) if blocking the road.

09. Do not dispose garbage/grease into sink. - It's just a sink! Dirty dishwater only.

10. Enjoy our free hi-speed 400 mbps internet to do work & watch/listen streaming services provided. Please DO NOT DOWNLOAD from illegal sites or copyrighted music/movies. I will get contacted from my service provider asap.  Don't ruin for it for the house or future guests.

11. DO NOT MOVE, USE, "BORROW" OR MESS WITH THE DECOR, Tiki Mugs, Artwork or Polynesian artifacts... or a curse will follow you home! - Everything is cataloged and will be checked before the next guest arrives.

12. Please return keys back to lockbox upon checking out.

13. Additional fees may be applied for: late check out, unregistered guests, lost keys or missing/damaged property.

As this is a tiny "Cottage" style home, the floor plan can be small/narrow for some people.

BATHROOM

We have totally redesigned the bathroom to include a stand up/walk in shower. In doing so, we've lost a couple inches next to the toilet. It may not as comfortable for our "plus size" guests. A quick fix is to slide the shower glass door forward to allow a little more "breathing room" - I myself, am a "big guy"  and find it manageable. So please keep that in consideration prior to booking.

Aloha! Yes you can't have a tiki house without a tiki bar can you?

You should all the tools you need to enjoy a tropical bevy!

At your disposal: designated house tiki mugs (you can bring your own!) a blender, jiggers, juicer and ice in the fridge.  The Booze, syrups & juices are up to you to locate! Please keep the area tidy. These Florida ants can smell the sweet goodness a mile away!

The pool area is located at the end of the road. (A short 2 min walk) The other key provided will allow you to enter the gated area. Pool/spa times are 9am -10pm daily unless otherwise posted.  Pool towels are available in the bedroom cupboard.

Resort CoinOp laundry facilities are located just around the corner from the house. (You can see it thru the bedroom window!) if you care to do some laundry before checking out. Laundry facility hours  are from 8am - 8pm unless otherwise posted.
